The guest houses have been restored with the most rigorous respect to the
original structures and materials, including the original chestnut beams, the
typical “cotto”, and the warm colours of the plaster.
Each apartment is marked by strong individual characteristics, private
covered outdoor spaces and original antique furniture. They are all fully
equipped with comforts including open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen,
satellite TV, telephone, individual heating and Jacuzzi bathtubs. Laundry
facilities are also at the disposal of the guests. (see
details below)
The one or two bedroom apartments can each host two to six people. They are
available for long term residential rentals and are always
rented completely furnished and fully equipped.
